Body in extruded primary aluminium EN AW-6060 and die-cast EN

AB-47100 with high oxidation resistance.

Tumbling process to prepare for the painting phase.

Extra-resistant double painting carried out in 3 phases:

1) BONDERITE treatment with chemical protection of the material

metal-free fluozirconium containing ceramic nanoparticles that

create a cohesive, inorganic, high-density layer.

2) PRE-POLYMERIZATION cycle with application of the primer

epoxy with characteristics of overpaintable on the appliance and of

high resistance to oxidation thanks to the presence of zinc.

3) POLYMERIZATION cycle with the application of polyester powder

bonded with high resistance characteristics to UV rays and agents

atmospheric, with resistance to salt spray test of 1500h.

-INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE

Installation is easy thanks to the provision of the formwork in

polypropylene. Suitable plastic supports reinforce the structure in the

centerline. This measure prevents crushing during

the formation of walls by means of concrete casting.

The devices are secured to the formwork using steel screws

STAINLESS STEEL.

The diffuser glass, which is located in a position that is not easily accessible,

protection from accidental impacts or vandalism, it is siliconed directly onto the

closing mask.

The closing mask covers the edge of the formwork, therefore also the

edge of the hole, thus hiding the imperfections of the masonry.
