3M™ QT-II Termination TB31-QT20/185, Medium Voltage kit for indoor applications for single-core MV polymer cables Umax 24 kV. Thanks to the self-shrinking silicone rubber insulating body, it offers a simple and safe solution for terminating MV cables.
3M™ QTII Series Medium Voltage Terminals are designed using a unique cold-applied system. The insulators have a monoblock structure and are supplied expanded on a removable spiral support for simplicity and efficiency of application. The electric field control system is integrated into the insulator body to avoid complex operations during installation. The specific properties of the silicone rubber insulating body allow it to cover a wide range of cable cross-sections at temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C. 3M™ QTII Series Terminals meet and exceed the requirements of the European standard CENELEC HD 629.1.
