Rectangular recessed luminaire for wall installation.

Configuration: luminaire body in die-cast aluminium alloy EN AB-47100 (low copper content).

Sandblasted glass diffuser with silk-screened edge fixed to the fixture via robotic gluing.

Double layer coating with high corrosion resistance: The aluminum parts are painted with a double

layer with powders in line with the QUALICOAT standard: a first layer of epoxy powder (with excellent

chemical and mechanical resistance) and a second finishing layer of polyester powder (resistant to UV rays and

atmospheric agents). The entire painting process starts from the components that have been previously

sandblasted to make the surface more porous and ensure greater paint adhesion. Ares carries out

alkaline and acid washes to completely clean surfaces, rinse with demineralized water to remove

any residue particles, then performs a chemical conversion treatment to protect against

rust.

Installation: The electrical components are located on the removable rear base. Connection is via

two M16 cable glands (for 4.5 cables

outdoor environments to ensure the tightness of the cable gland. Installation of the device requires the

positioning of a flush-mounted box (can be ordered separately).

During assembly and maintenance of the devices, particular attention must be paid not to

damage the powder coating.

Damage combined with the action of water could cause corrosion.
