The AM series cable lugs are made from electrolytic copper tube with a cross-section that guarantees both a good electrical connection and adequate tensile strength. They are annealed and protected on the surface by electrolytic tin plating. They are made from electrolytic copper tube Cu-OF CW008A according to UNI EN 13600. The annealing process optimises the structural characteristics of the material, thus allowing easier compression and ensuring the use of the cable lug in the presence of various types of mechanical stress. The collar is provided with a chamfer and inspection hole for easy and correct introduction of the conductor; its length is also such as to make positioning inside the tool dies easy and precise. Each cable lug is engraved with: Cembre trademark and catalogue number, nature and cross-section of the conductor (mm2), screw diameter (mm)
